Yes, you can get mass-produced, big-name designer stuff using inferior materials, but Crafty Terrier products are created by me, by my own hands, in my workshop in Leicestershire, UK, from high quality materials purchased in the UK, not mass produced in an underpaid sweat shop from unethically-sourced with more air miles than Judith Chalmers and Alan Whicker put together.

You can be assured that when you purchase an item from Crafty Terrier, you are getting a truly unique item which will last for many years to come and grow more beautiful as time passes.

If your order fails to meet your expectations in terms of quality and workmanship, then you will be entitled to a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Disputes arising due to a colour not perfectly matching due to lighting, monitor settings or eyewear will not be entertained. If you would like a physical colour sample prior to ordering, please contact me.

In the unlikely event that your item needs repairing during its lifetime due to a manufacturing fault, then this will be repaired at no cost to yourself. This does not include repairs needed due to everyday wear and tear or neglect.
